We operate on a Bed and Breakfast basis and our tariffs include, a full home cooked English breakfast each morning along with choice of cereals, seasonal fruits and berries, preserves, toast and a hot beverage of your choice, we also cater for our vegetarian friends please let us know on arrival if you wish this option. ( we use locally sourced produce when ever possible)
We have a variety of rooms that are priced accordingly, as a general guide :--
Standard Double En-suite £38 - £45 pppn (low to peak season)
Superior Double En-suite (Lake views) £45 - £50 pppn (low to peak season)
Deluxe Double Rooms (Lake views) £48 - £55 pppn (low to peak season)
(king or four poster bed)
Family Room (sleeps four) En-suite £38 - £45 pppn (low to peak season)
Children from 5yrs - 15yrs £25 - £25 pcpn (low to peak season)
(sharing with 2 adults)
Please note that all stays must be a minimum of 2 nights
and 3 nights over bank holidays
(NO ADVANCED BOOKINGS FOR SATURDAY ONLY STAYS OR SINGLE NIGHTS
these will only be accepted on the day and if fitting with existing bookings)

Standard En-Suite Rooms through to Superior and Deluxe Rooms offering King-sized or Four Poster Beds and many with Breathtaking Views of Lake Windermere. Sorry we do not have single rooms.
All our bedrooms have colour TVs, complimentary tea trays, hairdryers, irons/boards, clock radios, ceiling fans and are furnished with Country Pine Furniture which was produced right here in Cumbria.
Each bed is made up in crisp clean white bed linen and topped with a comfy and warm duvet and cover. White fluffy bath/hand towels are also provided by us along with a range of complimentary toiletries.
Should you wish to make your stay with us a little more “Special” or if you are celebrating an anniversary or birthday we can arrange Champagne / chocolates or a beautiful flower arrangement to be placed in your room on arrival - just tell us how much you wish to spend and leave the rest to us!!!!
